Since May 2010 Call Center Life, which meets its readers every 2 months, is a sector-specific publication that aims to strengthen the development and promotion of call center sector and the communication within this sector. The magazine, which is owned by IMI Conferences, is prepared by Marjinal Peter Novelli. The magazine addresses to managers in different stages of the management, as well as young employees of the sector with its content consisting of two main chapters in “Sector” and “Human” themes.

 
Call Center Life became a pioneer in its sector by being the first sector-specific publication offering mobile applications. With the iPad application that is developed in the light of the feedback gathered from the sector and the latest trends, Call Center Life offers the whole content of the magazine to its readers.
